Whether you're a freelance trainer, an SME or a multi-national corporate, if you haven't started engaging on the social web yet you should start soon! Recent changes to the way Google interacts with social networking sites could mean that if you're not using Social Media, you're not only missing out on a great networking opportunity, but you're not going to get found in search engines.
